    Do I need to register before placing an order?

    To place and pay for an order, you need to create an account after which you can proceed with your order.

    How long does delivery take?

    The delivery is between 3 to 5 days, if the item is in stock and up to 3 weeks, if it is not.

    How much does delivery cost nationally and internationally?

    The price for delivery in UK and outside UK is fixed. The standard shipping in UK from 0.002 kg – 1.363 kg is £8, for heavy shipping from 1.4 kg – 11. 5 kg is £19 and free on orders over £500. You are able to see the shipping cost when you go to your basket with the order you have made.  For delivery outside UK, the shipping cost for standard shipping from 0.002 kg – 1.363 kg is €9 and for heavy shipping from 1.4 kg – 25 kg is €21.

    How will my order be dispatched?

    We are working with different couriers according to the destination of the order. When the order is dispatch, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail, where you can see when to expect your order and by whom it will be delivered.

    What is included in warranty?

    Most of the bike parts and whole bikes are covered by a manufacturer warranty. Of course, there are some cases in which, warranty does not cover the damage:

    • Improperly installed or repaired products, which led to their damage
    • due to poor maintenance
    • When the damage is other than defects in material

    What should I do, if the product is damaged?

    When the courier delivers your order damaged you have a few options:

    • Do not accept it
    • Sign for the item as “damaged”
    • Or when you don’t have the opportunity to inspect it right away, you can sign for it as “unchecked”.

    Within the next 48 working hours, you need to contact us, so we can find a solution for you.

    If your goods develop a fault within 7 days of receipt please contact us to arrange return and inspection. Generally, we will exchange or refund the item provided it is ‘as new’ and has no faults caused by accident, misuse or neglect.

    You must notify us of any damages or missing items within 3 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

    Can I cancel my order and what is the cancellation period? How to return my order?

    If you decide to cancel or return the order you can do it by letting us know on our email info@southerndistributors.co.uk or contact us through the phone 020 8870 2249 in the next 3 working days. If the order is already on its way, you need to contact us and to arrange a return.

    In order to be returned the items need to be complete, unused and in the same condition as received, with its original box and in reasonable condition. Before you receive a refund, the products need to be received back and inspected.

    A refund of the money will be made within 30 days of cancellation. If the goods are not faulty or wrongly delivered by us, the goods must be returned at your cost.
